Cleaning Instructions
Vacuum regularly for routine maintenance. For heavier soil, extract clean or hose off as needed. Hang to dry completely before returning the mat to service.
Laundering Guidelines (Commercial)
DigiPrint HD Solid mats can be commercially laundered to remove oil, soil, and debris. Recommended starting formula: 2 oz detergent + 1 oz alkali + 4 oz hydrogen peroxide per cwt. Wash temperatures should not exceed 140°F (60°C), and dryer basket temperatures must remain below 180°F (82°C). Avoid over-drying to maintain mat integrity and performance.
